Hey hey! guys and girls!!
I MIGHT be flying for airasia soon!! wooohoooo!!
All i need now is a call from them.. and i'll be training at the airasia academy for the next 2 month!
yupyup! i went thru all of the stages!
but if no call within these 2 weeks then.. sigh* ape lagi? bleh blah la..
Here are those stages;
1st - Grooming and Announcement Reading
This is the first stage before anyone could proceed to the finals the next day at the AirAsia Academy. First, they will measure your height and weight, certified your SPM Cert and give u a number. Then u'll hv to walk into the room where the judge will observe your walking manner, and u'll hv to show your hands if there's any birthmarks or scars or any form of flaws. Then the judge will give u a piece of announcement where u'll hv to read it and if u passed, they will call your number, take your picture, give you a piece of application form and a pass for entering the academy the next day.
2nd - English Proficiency Test
This is actually a simple english test where they'll give u a test paper with objective questions in it and u'll hv to answer most of them correctly, not sure about the passing score though. If u passed,u proceed, but if u failed, u'll hv to leave and go home.
3rd - Partner Introduction and Group Activities
At this stage, they'll paired the candidates into two, and they'll give u exactly 1 mins to get to know each other, then u'll hv to introduce your partner infront of the judges and all the other candidates and your partner will introduce u after u finished. After that, they'll divide the candidates into groups of about 10 and they'll give y'all a task where u'll hv to show some teamwork! The task i got was kinda interesting and fun which they gave us a stack of newspaper and a roll of masking tape and we'll hv to create the tallest structure frm the only materials they gave. They'll eliminate most of the candidates at this stage though!
Final - 1 on 1 interview
This is the final round, where they'll interview personally with some basic questions like "what do u think your weakness are and what is your advantage to this job", "what's your favourite food", some family question and so on.
I kinda screwed on the final part though.. cuz when they asked me what are my weaknesses, i just couldn't tell. I was kinda nervous and actually i wanted to say that weakness is actually an excuse to things that u're not interested and passionate at. But i just can't came up with the words and skipped to the my strength instead. And worst was, when they asked me "besides serving people, can u sell?" and my consciousness know that that's the question but i answered a totally different kind of stuff. 
I kept on regreting at the last moment u know! I shud hv done it better!!
Anyway, now all i hope is they'll give me a call or my fate will be same as those who got eliminated at those stages.
